Controller and purposes

Shano processes submitted information to answer requests, prepare quotes and follow up on the requested business relationship.

Data and legal basis

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to reply. Name, email and the described need are processed as requested pre-contractual steps; company and phone fields are optional.

Guided-quote answers are not retained in the browser’s local storage.

Recipients and retention

Data is accessible to Shano and to technical providers strictly required for transmission and hosting, acting on Shano’s instructions. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising.

Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for no more than three years after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or an applicable deletion request requires otherwise.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to processing where that right applies, by writing to contact@shano.fr.

If you believe your rights are not respected after contacting us, you may lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
