Before you start

How long does set-up take?

A 30-minute conversation, then a few working days for a standard package. Custom automation first needs a clear picture of how you work: that time is stated in the quote.

We have no technical person in-house. Is that a problem?

No — that is the most common case. You have nothing to install and nothing to maintain. The only thing asked of your team is to review a draft when it is put in front of them.

What does it cost in total?

A standard automation package is €900 to €1,400 for the install, then €70 to €110 a month. The bot and custom work are priced after a first conversation, with no commitment. Training is included with every install. Prices are exclusive of tax; your own software subscriptions stay on you.

Are we locked into a contract length?

The install is a one-off fee. The monthly follow-up can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice. You keep your data and your access.
